WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING BOOKINGS?
Please ensure that you are responding correctly to the New Job Alert as your communication with HQ is important. Also make sure that your profile picture is up to date and professional, and that your contact information is current. Remember to regularly check your Inbox as this is the only way that you will be sent NJAs.
AM I SHORTLISTING CORRECTLY?
If you are available for a job and would like to shortlist, please follow the below format:

Any responses that do not follow this format will not be processed.
HOW DO I QUERY A PAYMENT?
Please send a polite email in the correct format to email@example.com. Your query should include the date and event on which you worked and the detailed query.
Payments are made on the 15th of each month or the weekday following that date if the 15th is a weekend or a holiday. Please allow three days for inter-bank transfers. Soldiers Group banks with Standard Bank.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PROFILE INFORMATION OR PICTURE?

HOW DO I BUY A SOLDIERS GROUP UNIFORM?
We have awesome collared shirts to wear on-site, puffer jackets, caps and t-shirts for sale. Please email to make your order.
CAN I GET A PAYSLIP FROM SOLDIERS GROUP?
Soldiers are not employed by Soldiers Group. We therefore cannot give you a payslip, but we can provide you with a list of your recent jobs and payments if you email firstname.lastname@example.org.
